Sporting Clays for Scouting

25th Anniversary

 

Friday, September 6th & Saturday, September 7th, 2024!

 

Enjoy a morning or afternoon (first come, first serve) of shooting and supporting Scouting in the process!

Friday afternoon flight- 1:00pm start time; opportunity to visit the cowboy action shooting range; followed by drinks & a steak dinner!

Saturday morning flights- 8:00am start time; followed by a porkchop lunch

Saturday afternoon flights- noon porkchop lunch; followed by a 12:30 start time

 

SHOOTING TEAM REGISTRATION LEVELS:

Gold Team Sponsor: 2 (5 person) teams, 4 carts, station sponsor signage, & meal time recognition

Silver Team Sponsor: 1 (5 person) team, 2 carts, & station sponsor signage

Shooting Team: 1 (5 person) team & 2 carts

Individual Shooter shooters welcome!

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be submitted to the professional staff advisor, in writing (i.e., email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. You can send your request to: bac.info@scouting.org • 30 days or more prior to an event – 100% refund • 29-15 days prior to event – 70% refund • 14 days-8 days prior to the event – 30% refund • 7 days or less prior to event – 0% refund Refund does not include service fees incurred by credit cards. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances may be considered for 7 days or less and will be at a 30% refund if approved.
