The 2023 Wanchanagi District Dinner

 Celebrating our Stars

Please come out and help us celebrate the star Scouts and Volunteers we have here in Wanchanagi District. We will be serving BBQ pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and salad. If you are a Scout Leader and know of someone in your unit deserving of special recognition please download the forms under additional information, fill them out and submit them back to Megan Crain or Connie Snyder by the dates listed on the forms.

  

Who: Open to youth and adults in Scouts BSA/Venturing/Cub Scouts in Wanchanagi District

When: March 19, 2023 4-6 PM

Where:  7194 Vandiver Road Rockford, IL 61112

Cost: 10 years old and younger free; 11 and up $5/person- Registration Closes 3/12/2023

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund 29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund 7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund
