Youth Fees (Scouts BSA):
Early Bird fee per Scout is $30 - $40 per Merit Badge depending on the Badge.
Registration fee per Scout is $40 - $50 per Merit Badge depending on the Badge.


Check-in for the morning merit badge sessions begins at 8:30 am in the Main Lodge. Scouts attending morning merit badge sessions should arrive at camp no later than 8:45 am as each morning merit badge begins promptly at 9 am. If a Scout is only attending an afternoon only merit badge session, check-in begins at 12:30 pm in the Main Lodge. Scouts attending the afternoon only session should arrive at camp no later than 12:45 pm as each afternoon merit badge begins promptly at 1pm.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff advisor, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. You can send your request to: Extenuating circumstances will be considered. 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund. 29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund. 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund. 7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund
