Cub Scouts Day Camp

#AdventureOn with family-friendly activities.

Youth will participate in activities such as archery, nature hike, STEM, wood-working, games, songs and more while growing teamwork skills 

This camp is Camp 3 of our 3 Day Camp STEM summer series. Campers will work on the Uncovering The Past NOVA Award, an introduction to the fascinating world of archeology.

Who: Open to all area youth entering grades First through Fifth Grade (Scouts and non-Scouts are welcome to attend); First Grade youth are required to be accompanied by an adult partner to participant in camp

When: Monday-Friday, July 25-29, 2022

Times: daily 9:00am-3:30pm; 8:45am-8:55am daily drop-off; 3:30pm-3:45pm daily pick-up  

Where: Blackhawk Area Council Program Center (7194 Vandiver Road, Rockford; near Cherryvale Mall)

 

Fees

- $60 for the entire week (Grades First - Fifth Grade); fee increases to $70 after July 5, 2022; ; Registration ends July 19, 2022

- $15 for Thursday-only (First Grade only)

- $15 Wee Camp activities for the entire week are offered only for the children of adult volunteers while those adults are actively volunteering in camp

$15.00 per Youth - 1 Day (First Grade)
Late fee
After 7/24/2022 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Youth (1st - 5th Grades) Registrants.
Cancellation Policy

Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Training's / Activities / Reservations

All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.

30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund

29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund

14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund

7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund

Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows:

30 days or more prior to an event - 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

29-15 days prior to event - 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

7 days or less prior to event - 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
