The Den Chief who completes this training session will be better able to function in the position, although the new Den Chief will certainly benefit from guidance and help from an understanding den leader while learning the role.  \n  \n  \n Adult leaders interested in learning more about how Den Chiefs can benefit their Pack or Troop are also invited to register. \n  \n  \n Den Chief training focuses on:  \n  \n  \n  \n 	Hands-on activities  \n 	Diverse delivery methods  \n 	Realistic examples  \n 	A learn-practice-teach sequence (EDGE)  \n 	Small-group practice and interaction  \n 	A game-like framework  \n 	FUN \n  \n  \n Participants will need to bring the following: \n  \n  - Weather appropriate clothes; scouts may go outside during the session. \n  \n  - Field uniform (Khaki and Green) \n  \n   \n  \n For questions or concerns, please reach out to Karla Zander at karla.zander@gmail.com or 847-650-9951. \n
