Welcome to the NST6-660-24 Registration Site

I'm excited that you've taken the steps to get registered for this year's course. As a participant you’ll experience other leaders like yourself, who share your passion for Scouting and your desire to grow as a leader. But it’s more than that. You’ll develop new friendships, discover new resources and leave course with a notebook full of ideas that you’ll use in Scouting, as well as at home, at work and other areas of your life.

Throughout the Wood Badge course you will appreciate the enthusiastic presenters, learn through games and role playing, and have a blast building a hands-on project with your small group.

Blackhawk Area Council is subsidizing the overall cost ($365) of Wood Badge by providing a $25 discount through generous donations and funds collected from previous Wood Badge dinner and auctions. With this $25 discount built into the price below and the additional $25 early bird discount (when registered and paid in full by March 15) the Blackhawk Area Council is able to offer participants the opportunity to attend Wood Badge for $315.

What's Included with your Registration Fee

The registration fee for Wood Badge not only includes the valuable training you will learn on course, but you will also receive a course activity t-shirt, a Wood Badge participant neckerchief, a participant binder filled with handouts and training materials for you to reference during and after course, sleeping accommodations in the Boeger Leadership Center for weekend one, and all your meals for both weekends.

In addition to the items listed above your registration fee also includes a Wood Badge certificate of completion, a set of Wood Badge beads, the Wood Badge tartan neckerchief, and the Wood Badge leather woggle neck slide. These items will be presented to you during your beading ceremony as recognition for completing both weekends and your ticket goals.

Cancellation Policy
Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Training's / Activities / Reservations All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund 29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund 7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows: 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 29-15 days prior to event - 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 7 days or less prior to event - 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
