Gladiators of Scouting 2022

Blackhawk Area Council Fall Camp

September 23-25, 2022

at Camp Lowden  8814 S. Scout Road, Oregon IL 

 

There are two ways to attend this event:

1) Overnight Option – Camp with your Cub Scout Pack, BSA Troop, Venturing Crew, Sea Scout Ship, or Explorer Post unit both Friday and Saturday night. Set up tents, cook food, spend Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm enjoying the activities with your unit, enjoy the Saturday evening activity and snuggle in to your sleeping bag afterwards. Depart event late morning on Sunday with your gear and great memories. $20 per youth or adult. All youth attending need to be registered BSA scouts.

2) Saturday-Only Option – Attend with your family, Cub Scout Pack, BSA Troop, Venturing Crew, Sea Scout Ship, or Explorer Post any time between 9am to 5pm and enjoy the activities. Food will be available to purchase and you can stay for a short time or for the entire time, departing grounds no later than 6 pm Saturday. $10 per youth or adult, youth need at least one adult to attend with them.

After 9/1/2022 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Overnight Youth Registrants.
After 9/1/2022 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Saturday Only Adult Registrants.
After 9/1/2022 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Saturday Only Youth Registrants.
After 9/1/2022 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Overnight Adult Registrants.
Cancellation Policy

Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Training's / Activities / Reservations

All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.

  • 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund
  • 29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund
  • 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund
  • 7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund

Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows:

  • 30 days or more prior to an event - 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
  • 29-15 days prior to event - 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
  • 14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
  • 7 days or less prior to event - 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
