Religious Retreat

Unity and the Spirit

Join us for the annual Religious Retreat at Camp Lowden. Spend the weekend learning about the Scouting Religious Emblems, serving in a Good Turn project, and enjoying camp favorites such as crafts and shooting sports. All meals are included with your registration.

Who: Open to youth and adults in Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Cub Scouts (all Cub Scouts must attend with a parent/legal guardian)

When: September 20-22, 2024 (Cub Scouts are only Saturday, September 21)

Where: Camp Lowden (4418 S. Scout Road, Oregon, IL)

Cost: Cub Scouts: $21 per youth/adult early-rate fee thru end of August, $26 starting 9/1/24; Scouts BSA/Crew youth/adults: $26 early-rate fee thru end of August, $31 starting 9/1/24; registration ends on 9/13/24

- Scouts BSA/Crew Program: program runs Friday-Sunday; religious emblems; archery & rifle range; crafts; vespers trails; Good Turn project

- Cub Scouts Program: Saturday only, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm; religious emblems; BB Guns; crafts; Good Turn project; lunch and dinner

Early Discount

Before 9/1/2024 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Cub Scouts - Adult Registrants.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff advisor, in writing (i.e., email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. You can send your request to: bac.info@scouting.org 30 days or more prior to an event: 100% refund 29-15 days prior to event: 70% refund 14 days-8 days prior to the event: 30% refund 7 days or less prior to event: 0% refund Refund requests for extenuating circumstances will be considered for 7 days or less and will be at a 30% refund.
