White Eagle Fishing Derby

Come out to Rockwood State Park for a White Eagle Fishing Derby. We will be fishing at Lake Carlton. Illinois fishing laws do apply to the event. Please bring your fishing pole and bait. The lake has a variety of Pan Fish, Blue Gill, Crappie, Perch, Musky, and Bass. Scouts are encouraged to invite a friend to see what Scouting has to offer. The Scout will earn a recruiter patch if there friend signs up for Scouting.

Who: Open to Scouting Families and Friends interested in Joining Scouting

When: May 18, 2024

Time: 8am-11am, if you would like to start fishing early you are welcome

Where: Lake Carlton at Rockwood State Park, Morrison  (18750 Lake Rd, Morrison, IL 61270)

Registration is not required for this free event.

Fishing License for anyone over 16 years old
