Cub Scouts are going to race off to Day Camp this summer. Along the way they are going to learn, adventure, play, experiment and much more! We cannot wait to see your child at Day Camp this summer!    

Who: 

  • Wee Campers: Boys and girls entering Kindergarten and younger who's adult is volunteering in camp
  • Boys and Girls entering 1st-5th grade in the fall of 2024
    • ​Please register your child for the grade they will be entering in the fall of 2024

When: July 9-12, 2024

  • 8:30AM Campers Can Arrive in Camp
  • 9:00AM Camp Begins
  • 3:30PM Camp Ends

  • Wee Campers: can attend all week 
  • 1st Graders: can attend wee camp on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday if their adult is volunteering; will attend regular camp on Thursday July 11
  • 2nd- 5th Graders: July 9-12 all days

Where: Kieselburg Forest Preserve 5801 Swanson Rd. Roscoe, IL 

Cost: Early Bird Rate applicable February 23 through April 30 Regular Registration May 1 through June 14. 

Registration Closes June 14

Wee Campers: $20 for all week 

Entering First Graders (1-day only): $20

Entering Second- Fifth Graders (4-day campers): $85

Register now to receive the early bird rate of $70 for 4-day campers. Early Bird rate ends 4/30/24.

Event Resources

Please prepare to have send your child with a non-refrigeration lunch, water bottle, non-aerosol sunscreen and bug spray every day.
The camp director will be in contact will families prior to camp starting to ensure you have all the information you need for a successful week at camp!

$20.00 per Wee Campers (2-10 yr. Siblings)
$85.00 per Youth (2nd-5th Grade)
$20.00 per Youth - 1 Day (First Grade)
Early Discount
Before 5/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Youth (2nd-5th Grade) Registrants.
Cancellation Policy

Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Training's / Activities / Reservations

All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.

30 days or more prior to an event - 100% refund

29-15 days prior to event - 70% refund

14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% refund

7 days or less prior to event - 0% refund

Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows:

30 days or more prior to an event - 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

29-15 days prior to event - 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

14 days-8 days prior to the event - 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration

7 days or less prior to event - 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
