Woods of Webelos is a weekend camping event for all Scouts who will be Webelos / Arrow of Light Scouts in the fall of 2024.

Each Scout must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older.

Please make copies of the attached packet (see link above) and distribute to all persons who are interested in attending this event. WOW Packet 2024

After 4/22 the regular cost for Woods of Webelos is $37 per youth, $32 per adult.

Final Registration Deadline = April 29, 2024

Woods of Webelos Schedule:

Friday: Check-in and set-up. No scheduled activities. Groups are asked to remain in their assigned campsites.

Saturday: Activities are scheduled for the entire day beginning at approx. 8 AM with breaks for lunch and dinner. Evening campfire program ends at approximately 9 PM.

Sunday: No scheduled activities. All campers should leave camp by 10 AM.

Please see the attached information packet for complete information regarding the weekend including what to bring to the event.

Note that a convenience fee of 3% will be added to your total fee if making payment on-line. If mailing payment to the council office, please postmark no later than April 29, 2024.

Early Discount

Before 4/23/2024 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.
Before 4/23/2024 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Webelo Scout (4th Grade) Registrants.
Before 4/23/2024 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Webelo Scout (5th Grade) Registrants.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted to the professional staff advisor, in writing (i.e., email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. You can send your request to: bac.info@scouting.org • 30 days or more prior to an event – 100% refund • 29-15 days prior to event – 70% refund • 14 days-8 days prior to the event – 30% refund • 7 days or less prior to event – 0% refund Refund does not include service fees incurred by credit cards. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances may be considered for 7 days or less and will be at a 30% refund if approved.
