Welcome to Canyon Camp!  We look forward to you joining us for camp this summer.  Please note that all Adults attending Summer Camp must be registered with the Boy Scouts of America and be current with their Youth Protection Training.  Each attending youth and adult must have a completed BSA Medical Form parts A, B, & C; which requires an annual physical and doctor's signature.  Please be aware that the Part C physician's signature is valid for 1 year. (i.e.. Doctor signed the form May 15, 2021 the form is valid until May 31, 2022 and thus not acceptable for 2019 camp). You may access that form here:  BSA Medical Form parts A, B, & C

Please note:

1. You can reserve space without naming individuals, but once you name the individuals please make sure that you have no unnamed participants as you will be charged for them.

2. Partial Week Leaders - This is for any leaders that will not be at camp for the full week. When naming the Partial Week Leader(s) you will be indicating the number of days each of those leaders will be there. It is at this point where a $28/day charge will be added to your registration. Until that point it will show $0 cost for these leaders.

3. Payments - Can be made on-line, but please be aware that there is a 3% convenience fee assessed for online payments. To avoid this charge you may:

• Call in a CC payment to Blackhawk Area Council Front Desk at 815-397-0210
• FOR mail in and over the phone please be sure to indicate your Camp, Week, and Troop
