Klondike Derby 2022
A test of teamwork, outdoor skills, and Scout Spirit
Klondike Derby is a day-long competition for Scouts BSA patrols, Venturing crews, and Webelos dens designed to test the Scouts’ knowledge of outdoor skills and to build teamwork. Each patrol/crew/den brings a Klondike sled or wagon loaded with the necessary equipment to complete various Scout skill activities along a course. Some activities are competitive while others are instructional. Either way, teams are timed and tested at each station on their outdoor skills, Scouting knowledge, teamwork and problem-solving ability. Overall event awards given out to teams and each participant receives an event patch.
