The aims of NYLT:

• to give youth participants a basic knowledge of various leadership skills while helping them relate these skills to their own units;
• to give youth participants the confidence and the knowledge necessary to run their unit's programs;
• to provide youth participants an opportunity to share ideas and experiences with Scouts from other units;
• and of course, to have FUN.

This is achieved through an outdoor-setting. Skills covered in training include communications, vision and goal setting, team development, problem solving, conflict resolution and ethical decision-making.

Deposit of $150 is required with credit card at registration. 

All registrations must be pain in full by 3/1/25 or you will be moved to the waitlist to allows others to paid in full and attend.
