Day Camp Cub Scouts

White Eagle Day Camp

 

When:

July 30th Tiger (1st Grade) Session

July 30th & 31st Wolf (2nd Grade) & Bear (3rd Grade) Session

August 1st & 2nd Webelos (4th Grade) & Arrow of Light (5th Grade) Session

Time: 

8:30 am Check-In

9:00 am - 4:00 pm Activities

4:00 pm Check-Out

Where: Camp Lowden (4418 S Scout Rd, Oregon, IL 61061)

Cost:

Tigers 1 day camp (1st grade in fall of 2024) - $21

Wolf, Bear, Webelos and AOL 2 day camps (2nd grade - 5th graders in the fall of 2024) $53 OR register by 6/17 and save! ONLY $42 if registered by 6/17!!!

Parents/Adult -$16

Kiddie Korral- $15 (Only for Day Camp Staff's children) (Must be potty trained, 3 years old and up)

Parents attending Camp must register, the registration fee includes a shirt.

Staff and Jr. Staff will be reached out to by Camp Director or Program Director to select work area.

Camp Medical Information:
ALL persons in camp (youth and adult) must have parts A and B of the
Annual Health and Medical Record on file for the duration of the camp.

Annual Health and Medical Record - is required for all youth and adults on camp property.

Early Discount
Before 6/17/2024 a discount of $11.00 will apply to all Wolf Scout (2nd Grade) Registrants.
Before 6/17/2024 a discount of $11.00 will apply to all Bear Scout (3rd Grade) Registrants.
Before 6/17/2024 a discount of $11.00 will apply to all Webelos (4th Grade) Registrants.
Before 6/17/2024 a discount of $11.00 will apply to all Arrow of Light Scout (5th Grade) Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Trainings / Activities / Reservations All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff advisor, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. 30 days or more prior to an event 100% refund 29-15 days prior to event 70% refund 14 days-8 days prior to the event 30% refund 7 days or less prior to event 0% refund Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows: 30 days or more prior to an event 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 29-15 days prior to event 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 14 days-8 days prior to the event 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 7 days or less prior to event 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
