2024 CUB SCOUT TWILIGHT CAMP

Off to the Races!

 

 

 

August 5-7, 2024 from 3:00-7:30 p.m. daily

At the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe, WI

 

Get ready for two evenings of "Wild" fun at Twilight Camp.

Open to all girls and boys who will be in 1st through 5th grade in the fall. Each child will be with a group of others about their own age. They will participate in a rotation of activities, including BB gun safety and archery, all geared to their age group. Children and adults should bring their own dinner, wear closed toe shoes, and bring a water bottle with their name on it.

 

 

*Those going in to 1st grade MUST have an adult with them the entire time.*

Children going in to grades 2nd through 5th are able to attend by themselves but should be dropped off and picked up by an adult.

Parents are needed to volunteer and walk with their children or help with activities. Those who volunteer all three days will receive a free camp T-shirt.

 

Twilight Camp is a great deal at $45 but if you register by July 1st, it is only $30!!

Before 7/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Arrow of Light (5th Grader) Registrants.
Before 7/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Bear (3rd Grader) Registrants.
Before 7/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Tiger (1st Grader) Registrants.
Before 7/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Webelos (4th Grader) Registrants.
Before 7/1/2024 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all Wolf (2nd Grader) Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Blackhawk Area Council Refund Policy for all: Events / Trainings / Activities / Reservations All refund requests must be submitted, to the professional staff adviser, in writing (i.e. email request) prior to the event as the policy states below. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. 30 days or more prior to an event 100% refund 29-15 days prior to event 70% refund 14 days-8 days prior to the event 30% refund 7 days or less prior to event 0% refund Should you use an incentive / coupon / etc. where there is a reduction in fees or complimentary then the refund / change in registration / reservation is as follows: 30 days or more prior to an event 100% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 29-15 days prior to event 70% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 14 days-8 days prior to the event 30% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration 7 days or less prior to event 0% discount / incentive may be transferred to another registration
