Cancellation Policy
The deposit of $300 is non-refundable. Fee refund requests for the rest of the balance paid will be presented to the Jamboree Committee. These requests will be considered, but not guaranteed reimbursable due to expenses being incurred by the Blackhawk Area Council in preparation for Jamboree 2023. The Committee encourages all interested scouts to be confident of their ability to travel July 17 to 31st in 2023 to avoid potential disappointment if a refund cannot be accomplished. After April 30, 2023 all fees paid in are non-refundable.
