This training is designed for Scouts interested in becoming Den Chiefs. The Den Chief who completes this training session will be better able to function in the position, although the new Den Chief will certainly benefit from guidance and help from an understanding den leader while learning the role. Den Chief training focuses on: • Hands-on activities • Diverse delivery methods • Realistic examples • A learn-practice-teach sequence (EDGE) • Small-group practice and interaction • A game-like framework • FUN

Participants will need to bring the following:
 - Weather appropriate clothes; scouts may go outside during the day
 - Field uniform (Khaki and Green)
