Schedule:
Mon., Tues, Wed. - Check-in 8:15 am to 8:45 am PICK UP 3:30 PM
Thursday - Check-in 12:45 pm **Family Night Program - Thursday 6 PM**
LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENT: Each Pack must provide at least 1 adult volunteer for every six (6) Cub Scouts. TIGERS must each be accompanied by and adult as per the National BSA policy of Tiger ratio 1:1.
HEALTH FORM: Each youth and adult MUST complete (and have on file with the Camp Health Officer) Parts A & B of the BSA Annual Medical Form in order to be at camp. Access the Health Form at http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety.
REGISTRATION:Registration fees are $40. due May 15th for Cub Scouts, after which the fee will be $45. Late fees will be waived for any NEWLY registered Cub Scout or NEW to the Pack. The registration fee includes:
- Scout's t-shirt
- Patch
- All program materials
- Insurance
- any recognition items used during the week
Please register all who will be in attendance at camp (youth and adult):
Everyone should plan to bring a sack lunch & small snack to camp each day
Tot Lot: Younger children of the adult volunteers. Tot Lot may only attend the day(s) & times that the adults are working the day camp All staff members will have free tot lot for their children. Children must be potty trained. Tot Lot area will be staffed by qualified adult leadership. All Tot Lot will need to bring a sack lunch and a snack. Fee for Tot Lot is $5 per day or $15 for all 4 days of camp.
Cub Scouts: Any registered Cub Scout entering 1st - 5th grade in the Fall of 2017
Jr. Staff: 14 - 17 Year old
Runner: 11-13 Year old
Staff: Adults working the program areas
Adult Walker: Adults that will walk with the groups from station to station.
