Registration:

EarlyBy Jan. 20, 2018                               Late: Between Jan. 21, 2018  to January 29, 2018

No registrations will be accepted after Jan 29, 2018

Cost:

Scouts (includes lunch) $15   LATE fee after 1/20/18 Scouts $25 (includes lunch)

Adults (includes lunch) $5     LATE fee after 1/20/18 Adults $8 (includes lunch)

There are many payment options: credit card, Paypal, Echeck, and checks are accepted.

Send checks to Blackhawk Area Council, 2820 McFarland Road, Rockford, IL  61107.  Put "2018 Arrowhead Merit Badge Midway" on memo line.

SessionsMorning: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Recommendations:

  • Scouts should make their merit badge selection as soon as possible
  • Be sure each Scout has a merit badge book for each badge selected
    • Pull from your library, or Purchase it
  • Print a merit badge workbook for each Scout for each badge selected:
    • Go to meritbadge.org and follow links or enter  http://meritbadge.org/wiki/index.php/Merit_Badges

The following must be done to earn the Merit Badge:

  • Complete ALL pre-work BEFORE attending the Midway
  • Attend the merit badge session
  • Hand the pre-work in to the Counselor
    • Be sure each page has:
      • Scout's Name
      • Troop number
      • Requirement number

After 1/21/2018 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
This event will not be cancelled. You may transfer your payment to another scout or adult prior to registration close date, but no refunds will be given.
